Site Survey:
Andy Chapman will visit you to discuss your needs and
requirements and will recommend a course of action.
Quotation:
You will receive a detailed specification of the work
we agreed in the form of a quotation within a week
or sooner by email. Please contact Andy Chapman if
you wish to accept the quotation a convenient start
date will then be arranged.
The Work:
On the start date Andy Chapman or/and a foreman will
arrive with a team at the arranged time to carry out
works as detailed in the written quotation.
Payment:
In both cases an invoice will written following satisfactory
completion of the works.
- Domestic: Payment is due on the day of completion.
- Commercial: Payment is due within 28 days of
completion.
- ATC is CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) registered
with the Inland Revenue; needed for work involving
the construction industry.
